Our love for the land requires us to use natural and sustainable techniques such as organic fertilisation, mulching of pruning waste, controlled grassing, the use of products authorised in organic farming and biodynamic preparations, in order to induce the soil’s defensive capacity in our vineyards and olive groves and not to alter the vegetative productive development.
